Work Experience : Candidate must have 3+ years’ experience in Hardcore Sales from Packaging or any B2B,


Capital, Industrial Goods Industry


Educational Qualification:- BBA / MBA Marketing/Graduate/Post Graduate


Remuneration: ₹ 3.60 to 5.50 Lacs PA + Attractive Sales Linked Incentives


Required Essential Skills


• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or
exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of
the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and Industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Excellent command over Negotiation & Sales Closing Skills
• Excellent Performance Orientation & Sales Target Chasing abilities
• Energetic, Enthusiastic & Positive Attitude is must.
• Self-driven, Motivated, Committed, Team Player, Goal Oriented, Technology Adept,
• Persuasive, Persistent, Working Independently with Limited Supervision, Customer Focused &
Relationship Management.


Job Role and Responsibilities


• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure
its strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and
understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
status
• Should be having good knowledge and experience or willing to develop in Selling of Plastics Packaging
Segment.
• Independently develop a portfolio of business to accelerate the sales growth potential of the
organisation.
• Experience of developing & handling result oriented Sales team.
• Willingness to do hard core Sales, including ability to direct sales team’s result oriented activities.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Develops and implement an annual marketing strategy.
