Job Description:

About the Job

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across various functions, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent in alignment with business needs. This role will work closely with the HR Business Partner and hiring managers to support workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

    Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

    Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

    Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring to attract talent.

    Stakeholder Management

    Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define selection criteria.

    Coordinate interview schedules and feedback collection.

    Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

    Process & Compliance

    Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, documentation, and audit requirements.

    Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

    Support onboarding coordination and pre-joining engagement.

    Employer Branding & Engagement

    Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and recruitment drives.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social media campaigns.

    Share market intelligence and hiring trends with HRBP and leadership.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
