Sr. Marketing & Sales Executive

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Marketing & Sales Executive to lead business development activities for our shipping and freight forwarding division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, handling key accounts, generating high-value clients, leading strategic sales initiatives, and mentoring junior sales team members.
• The role requires strong knowledge of sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, transportation, project cargo, and international trade logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and GP targets

  Generate new business from exporters, importers, manufacturers, and logistics partners

  Handle key corporate accounts and large-volume customers

  Build strong relationships with:

• Export houses
• CHA partners
• Shipping lines
• Overseas agents
• Freight forwarders

Required Skills

• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent client relationship and key account management
• Deep knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping documentation, and Incoterms
• Leadership and team handling ability
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Expertise in revenue growth strategy and client retention
• Good knowledge of CRM, MIS, Excel, and reporting systems

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing / Logistics
• MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
• 4–6 years’ experience in shipping/freight forwarding sales
• Experience in handling large-volume freight clients is mandatory
