Job Description:
- Building a strong production team [make ready, plating, ink, press…etc] capable of sustaining and improving the operation.
- Aggressively deploy continuous improvement to establish daily, weekly, and monthly cadence, 6S, SOP’s, Standard Work, and Process Improvement.
- Establish SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost] metrics to reduce and eliminate Waste and Variability.
- Reduce overall direct and indirect manufacturing cost and expense to improve Gross Profit.
- Provide the foundation and leadership to drive certification necessary to grow within our target markets [cGMP, ISO…etc.]
- Drive Productivity throughout.
