Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and suitability for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Maintain candidate databases.
- Assist with on boarding activities for new hires.
- Support HR initiatives and projects, including performance management and employee engagement programs as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure effective sourcing and recruiting strategies.
- Ensure smooth collaboration and communication among teams to enhance recruitment processes within the internal departments.
- Manage administrative tasks and oversee vendor coordination to ensure the smooth operation of recruitment activities and enhance efficiency.
