Job Description:

 Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and suitability for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain candidate databases.
  • Assist with on boarding activities for new hires.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects, including performance management and employee engagement programs as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure effective sourcing and recruiting strategies.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration and communication among teams to enhance recruitment processes within the internal departments.
  • Manage administrative tasks and oversee vendor coordination to ensure the smooth operation of recruitment activities and enhance efficiency.
