Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Junior Sales Development Representative (Australian Shift) to drive business growth and manage end-to-end sales operations. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in client engagement, contract negotiation, and market expansion, with a strategic mindset to support the company’s growth, especially in international markets such as Europe.

 

Key Responsibilities


1. Client Engagement & Sales Management
Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales phase, managing RFPs, tenders, and bid submissions
Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure profitable deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

2. Market Expansion & Strategy
Identify and explore new business opportunities, particularly in the European BIM market
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging BIM technologies

3. Operations & Commercial Oversight
Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution teams
Review purchase orders, contracts, and commercial agreements
Audit proposals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and profitabilityMaintain CRM systems and ensure accurate data management

 

4. Marketing & Industry Outreach
Build and nurture relationships through networking, social media, and industry platforms
Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums
Collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation

 
 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
  1. Proven experience in B2B sales, contract negotiation, and client management
  2. Experience handling international markets 
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  4. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
