Job Description:

 

The company is a legacy beverage brand with a rich heritage, now expanding its footprint across general trade, modern retail and HoReCa channels.

Role Overview

We’re looking for driven, on-ground sales professionals to help us grow our presence in the market through direct outreach, relationship building, and strong execution across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Expansion – Retail & HoReCa Channels

  • Identify and approach potential partners across retail chains, cafés, restaurants, and other HoReCa outlets
  • Pitch Pallonji’s products and drive onboarding and placement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers

 

2. Sales Pipeline & Lead Management

  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads across assigned territories
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and active accounts
  • Track outreach, conversions, and follow-ups consistently

 

3. Sales Execution & Account Management

  • Drive repeat business from existing accounts
  • Ensure strong product visibility and availability across outlets
  • Coordinate for orders, deliveries, and resolve on-ground issues

 

4. Market & Consumer Insights

  • Gather feedback from retailers and consumers on product performance
  • Track competitor activity, pricing, and demand trends
  • Share actionable insights and recommendations

 

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Submit regular reports on sales, field activity, and outcomes
  • Track performance against targets and identify growth opportunities

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG / beverages / retail / HoReCa sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with field work and target-driven roles
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and execution-focused
