Bid Manager
Job Description:
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager to lead end-to-end tendering processes, ensuring high-quality bid submissions, compliance, and effective strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate government tenders (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement)
- Review RFP/RFQ/NIT documents and define bid strategy
- Oversee preparation of technical & commercial bids
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance, legal)
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all bid documents
- Manage and supervise online bid submissions
- Handle vendor registrations and documentation readiness
- Track tender lifecycle, results, and follow-ups
- Maintain bid database and documentation
- Ensure compliance with government policies
- Mentor team members and improve processes
