Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai

Designation: Deputy Manager / Manager – Sales

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented sales professional to drive territory growth, expand dealer networks, and strengthen market presence in the building materials/downstream steel segment. The role requires strong field sales exposure, team handling capability, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Own and drive sales targets across the assigned territory
Lead and manage DGO & Assistant Managers to achieve business objectives
Expand and activate dealer/distributor network
Drive platform adoption and increase digital transactions
Build strong relationships with retailers, fabricators, contractors, and channel partners
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Ensure strong execution and market coverage across the territory
Monitor team performance and drive operational efficiency

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in retail sales of downstream steel, building materials, or B2B e-commerce
Proven experience in field sales and team handling
Strong ownership mindset with execution-driven approach
Good stakeholder and relationship management skills
Ability to drive business growth and market expansion

Qualification
Graduate / MBA preferred
Relevant experience in sales/business development within building materials or allied industries preferred
