Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to drive outbound business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying target accounts, generating qualified leads, engaging with decision-makers, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This role requires strong prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with experience in B2B enterprise sales environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise B2B Sales and Business Development of AR/VR/XR solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Engage with CXOs, Innovation Heads, HR/L&D Leaders, Operations Heads, and Safety Executives.
  • Develop account plans, strategic partnerships, and industry-specific go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand client business challenges and objectives.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design customized AR/VR solutions.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and ROI-driven business proposals.
  • Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking, email campaigns, and outbound outreach.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and sales reporting.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while ensuring healthy conversion ratios.
  • Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive nationwide business expansion.
  • Strong experience in enterprise sales, SaaS, IT Services, Digital Transformation, or Emerging Technologies.
  • Ability to close mid-to-large value enterprise deals and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred exposure to AR/VR/XR, Digital Twins, Simulation Training, 3D Visualization, AI Solutions, or L&D Technology Platforms.



Working Details:
9-hour work schedule, including lunch and tea breaks.
5-day work week (Monday to Friday).
The last Saturday of every month will be a working day.
Employees are expected to adhere to the prescribed working hours and attendance policies.

Preferred:
• Exposure to technology, SaaS, AI, AR/VR, XR, or digital transformation solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and prospecting tools.
