Role Overview
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive with hospital experience to manage front desk operations, patient registration, billing, and appointment coordination while ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
- Manage appointments and patient registrations.
- Handle OPD/IPD billing and payment collections.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments.
- Maintain patient records and front desk documentation.
- Answer calls and address patient queries.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of hospital experience.
- Experience in OPD/IPD Billing is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and hospital software experience preferred.
