Role Overview
We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to ensure an exceptional patient experience by coordinating patient services and supporting front desk operations whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Coordinate appointments and patient communication.
- Resolve patient queries and concerns.
- Support reception activities during staff absence.
- Coordinate with clinical and operational teams.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of patient care or hospital front office experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent coordination abilities.
