Import Export Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Import Export Executive to manage import and export documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders and CHA, ensure timely customs clearance, and handle end-to-end shipment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international trade documentation and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end import and export shipment documentation.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, etc.
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and customs authorities.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, IEC, GST, and other import-export regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers for shipment schedules.
• Process purchase orders and maintain shipment records.
• Handle LC, advance payments, and other export/import documentation, if applicable.
• Resolve shipment-related issues and coordinate with internal departments.
• Maintain accurate MIS reports and documentation for audits.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Import & Export Operations.
• Good knowledge of international trade documentation and customs procedures.
• Experience in coordinating with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Import-Export certification will be an added advantage.
