Senior Manager – Transaction Advisory
Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Transaction Advisory with hands-on experience in transaction structuring, M&A advisory, due diligence, valuations, and execution of corporate restructuring transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead transaction structuring, M&A advisory, and corporate restructuring assignments.
- Execute mergers, demergers, acquisitions, and other restructuring transactions.
- Conduct financial, tax, and commercial due diligence.
- Prepare valuation reports, transaction advisory deliverables, and client presentations.
- Advise clients on tax and regulatory implications of transactions.
- Ensure compliance with the Income-tax Act, GST, Ind AS, Companies Act, FEMA, Stamp Duty, and other applicable regulations.
- Manage client relationships and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm or consulting firm.
- Strong expertise in transaction advisory, valuations, due diligence, and M&A transactions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
