Graduate / Post Graduate (Preferably from Textile or Chemical Background)

Experience

4-5 years in Sales & Business Development (Preferably in Textile Chemicals Market)

To be stationed in Balotra, Rajasthan

Job Description

•          Service current accounts and develop new accounts to meet sales targets through effective technical sales presentations and utilisation of support services.

•          To source and secure new business to ensue optimal growth for the company products, in accordance with the business targets.

•          To optimise retention of existing business within the effective credit policy parameters.

•          Work with “Accounts Receivable” to collect on accounts and to define credit terms that will achieve payment & cash-flow targets and retain the customer.

•          To provide effective, efficient, professional service and assistance, to ensure client satisfaction of the highest level. This through effective and efficient management of individual portfolio and database of prospects, current clients and past clients.

•          Remain informed and up-to-date with regards to Industry/Market related news & information; competitors’ activity, product knowledge and report developments to the management.

•          Able to articulate ideas and communicate effectively with the stake holders

•          Process driven and System oriented

•          Meticulous and disciplined in timely Reporting according to the set protocols of the company

•          Customer-centric attitude

•          Presentable, extrovert and outgoing in nature

•          Go-getter attitude accompanied with ethical approach towards customers and organisation

•          Negotiation and Presentation skills

•          Continuously strive to develop own skills and knowledge in order to perform optimally

Compensation

CTC range Rs.4.5 lakhs to Rs.5 lakhs (per annum)
