Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for manufacturing businesses.

• Handle product-related accounting entries, including purchases, sales and inventory movements.

• Maintain inventory records and perform inventory valuation and measurement.

• Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.

• Prepare and develop MIS reports, dashboards and financial statements.

• Monitor stock movements, production-related transactions and cost-related entries.

• Review accounting data to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• CA or Non-CA candidates with relevant accounting experience.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing-sector accounting.

• Knowledge of purchase and sales entries, inventory accounting and inventory valuation.

• Experience in bank reconciliation, MIS preparation and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, SAP or other ERP systems.

• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualification: CA / Non-CA (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance or equivalent)

CA Exp required - 2-4 years / Non CA exp required -5 years plus exp 

Experience: Relevant accounting experience in the manufacturing sector in US Market .
Working Days: 5 days a week
Working Hours: US shift – 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
