We are hiring for java project manager role-9 to12year.It is mandatory that the person must have worked as a Senior Java Developer and Team Lead Core Java Spring Hibernate Struts Web Services Angular JS Database concepts. This position is for a Java oriented Project  and there is a major work projected for the next year 5 yrs at the company along with onsite opportunities .

Job Responsibilities:-

• Good technical experience in Java, open source technologies, cloud (Azure) etc.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture.
• Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle.
• Become the Single point of contact for the project delivery and act as an advocate between the Delivery and the Customer.
• Drive and coordinate crisis management.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Working experience on agile methodologies (SCRUM)
• Project Metrics
• Perform code reviews
• Good understanding of testing, release management, GIT, Jira etc
• Day to day management of project team and technical team assignment ensuring effective delivery of projects tasks, deliverables, and milestones WITHIN AGREED UPON TIMELINE, APPROACH, BUDGET AND SCOPE (TABS)
• Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments, Manage day-to-day activities of the engineering team within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Contribute substantially to innovation and overcome technology limitations to deliver on customer experience.
• Act as point of contact for communications dealing with project deliverables, setting the expectation, managing priorities, technologies, human factors and management issues.

Must

• 8 years experience, out of which a minimum of 4+ years in Architecting, Designing and Rolling out ProductsSolutions in the areas of
  Design, develop, code, test, build, deploy, and debug new software or enhancements to existing software using Java technologies (Core Java programming, JSPServlets, Spring and JPA Layer multi-threading, J2EE design patterns and object-oriented design)
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture, Spring MVC, Ant, Maven, Hibernate, Web Services (Soap, REST)
• Experience with systems in production support and maintenance
  Knowledge of Java coding best practices and performance improvements
  Database application development
• Must have the ability to analyze requirements and formulate a design.
  Experience with leading initiatives, mentoring developers
• Strong knowledge in the frameworks and work on core development in angular JS core Java Spring Hibernate and Struts JQuery and Spring Batch
• Perform team leading activities like guiding team for technical and functional queries Ensuring team is able to grasp understand the requirements
