Job Description:

The company  is looking for Account Manager IT Services (State and Federal Clients) for a long-term career opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to take their career to the next level.

Required Candidate profile

 

  •  Proven working experience of at least 5 years as a Business Development Executive/Manager in IT field & dealing with international clients.
  •  Excellent in communication & comprehension skills.
  •  To generate leads along with assigned team & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
  •  To manage time and workflow and create effective client meeting plans.
  •  To penetrate all targeted key accounts and originate upselling opportunities for the company’s products and services.
  •  To set up and deliver sales presentations, product service demonstrations on a daily basis.
  •  Will be responsible for key client retention, per key client revenue optimization & renewals.
  •  To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
  •  To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
  •  Ensure High-Class Service delivery to identified key clients. ? Closely monitoring of work in progress, customer complaints, and accounts receivables.
  •  To ensure that all payments are collected as per the companies payment terms.
  •  Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
  •  Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
  •  Develop business relationships for IT services and staffing opportunities with State and Federal clients.
  •  Manage and review the delivery excellence, growth metrics and customer satisfaction.
  •  Present candidates, schedule candidate interviews and close billable contracts with clients.
  •  We are looking for a person who is ready to commit and perform from the first month, who has experience of IT tender and contracts from government and Who has full knowledge sales cycle
  •  could make the strategies on paper and implement the same as well in real time

**Should be able to commit from the first month. In addition, must be able to perform from first month**


Position Requirements

  • Self-motivated with proven track record meeting sales objectives by identifying, developing, & closing opportunities
  • MUST have experience supporting State and federal Customer requirements.
  • Great attitude and ability to have player/coach style of management.
  • Knowledge of value articulation with a focus on client ROI and appropriate storyboarding.
  • Knowledge of client context and client engagement models.

 

Salary : As per market standards 

Experience : 5+ years
