Validation Analyst

Job Description:

Primary Tasks and responsibilities

- Typically reports to a Project Manager

- Perform research, design, documentation, testing and implementation support of security projects
- Analyze the change control process working with necessary stakeholders to define the optimum solution
- Analyze, document and roll-out process improvements to improve change control around security projects
- Develop and manage dashboard/scorecards enabling management to monitor changes to the environment made by the off-shore team in an efficient and controlled manner
- Develop other changes and automation to harden and fool-proof existing processes.
- Perform role access reporting & development in support of projects
- Other miscellaneous project support work in the security and compliance space
- Manage SOPs, Working Instructions, DCMs, SOX Tests etc. as processes evolve over time.

Non-Technical profile requirements
- Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional overtime or weekend/holiday work)

- Establishes and manages engagement objectives, expectations and quality plan
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision

- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines

Methodology/Certification requirements
- Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry or Bioinformatics OR equivalent through experience.
- Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
- Additional certification is a plus language proficiencies- English spoken and written
