Tele sales/ Inside Sales Executive
Job Description:
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answering question about products or the company
- Ask question to understand customer requirement and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter & update customer information in the database
- Take & process order in an accurate manner
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sale quota & facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls & sales and note useful information.
- Developing In-depth knowledge of customer products & service to make suitable recommendations based on customers’ needs & preferences.
- Good command in English , Hindi & Gujarati language
- Good Knowledge of relevant computer programs & telephone system
- Cool-tempered & able to handle rejection
- Candidate should be from Matrimony industry will be first preference.
