Senior Sales Executive
Job Description:
SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE
Primary purpose of this position is active involvement in executing as well as managing daily sales operations, coordinate sales team from generating inquiry to executing sale and ensuring subsequent payment collection.
JOB ROLE
• Should have knowledge and experience or willing to develop in sales of B2B products
• Identify client prospects, promote relevant products and create new customers
• Retain existing customer base with high level of customer satisfaction
• Manage recurring sales accounts and increase customer account value
• Manage sales data on CRM and generate reports for management
• Drive sales team performance and coordinate with management
• Expedite paperwork necessary for routine sales operations
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 Years’ experience in B2B Sales as Team Leader, Manager or Coordinator
• Experience of B2B sales, understanding of CRM system and practical knowledge of sales techniques
• Ability to communicate persistently, present impactfully and influence effectively
• Persuasive with command over negotiation and closing discussions
ATTITUDE
• Must have result-oriented attitude and performance orientation
• Working independently with minimal supervision
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
