Store (Warehouse) Executive - Finished Goods
Job Description:
STORE EXECUTIVE - FINISHED GOODS
Role is to manage finished goods store by regularly maintaining - reconciling stock and coordinating dispatch.
JOB ROLE
• Maintain receipts, records and issue of the finished goods inventory
• Ensure adequate record keeping and documentation to confirm proper stock levels and inventory control
• Confirm quantity and specifications of inward material and coordinate discrepancies with stakeholders
• Coordinate with PPC (production planning control) to maintain prescribed minimum stocking levels
• Ensure smooth issue of finished goods for dispatch in accordance with sales-order
• Reconcile physical stock on regular basis to track inventory and tally with books
• Maintain store premises in a manner that ensures efficient space utilisation, safety of workers, preservation of material and easy access for handling and maintenance.
QUALIFICATION
• Any relevant qualification with experience in store operations
• Minimum 2/4 years of experience of Finished Goods Stores in Manufacturing Industry
• Basic computer skills, MS office and Tally / ERP to maintain records and generate documents
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory management practices along with good organisation skills

• Strong attention to detail and system-oriented thought process
• Must have a proactive and self-initiative approach
