Store (Warehouse) Executive - Raw Material

Job Description:

STORE EXECUTIVE – RAW MATERIAL
Role is to manage stores by regularly maintaining - reconciling stock and managing material issue.
JOB ROLE
• Maintain receipts, records and issue of the raw material stock
• Ensure adequate record keeping and documentation to confirm proper stock levels and inventory control
• Reconcile stock and expedite with purchase to maintain prescribed minimum stocking levels
• Confirm quantity and specifications of inward material and coordinate discrepancies with management
• Ensure smooth issue of material in accordance with job-requirement
• Maintain store premises in a manner that ensures efficient space utilisation, safety of workers, preservation of material and easy access for handling and maintenance.
QUALIFICATION
• Any relevant qualification with experience in store operations
• Minimum 2/4 years of experience of Raw Material Stores in Manufacturing Industry
• Basic computer skills, MS office and Tally / ERP to maintain records and generate documents
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory management along with good organisation skills

POSITION DETAILS
Remuneration : INR 1.80 to 2.40 Lacs PA Location : Naroda, Ahmedabad
