Key Account Manager

Job Description:

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Client interface
• Proposal and Engagement Letter drafting
• Coordination with other intermediaries

Key Requirements:

• Good knowledge of accounting concepts
• Proactive approach in learning in international business setup and other compliance requirements
• Proficiency in writing business emails
• Excellent report writing and English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other business software
• Effectively manage client’s expectations and proficiency in client handling
• Effective internal communication with appropriate internal operations team
• Team worker
• Organize, develop, prioritize and execute daily plan and deliverables
• Have strong research skills
• Ability to manage time deadlines
• Clarity of thought and ability to get the point across
• Ability to manage trouble shooting and manage all queries raised by the client

Key Skills and Expectations:

• Excellent client facing and communication skills (Oral and written)
• A self-starter, quick leaner with excellent presentation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and email writing skills
• Ability to take proactive action, ownership and effective deliverables under pressure and time constraint

Education Qualification:

• Post Graduate or CA Fresher
