- Professional to perform all phases of architectural work including understanding client brief, conceptualizing, designing, detailed presentations and design delivery.
- Ensure high innovativeness and functionality in the design
- Understand project brief and identify client need and put together feasibility reports and concepts
- Excellent presentation and communication skill is must to seek client approvals on design
- Work closely with cross function team of structural designers, MEP engineers and Project managers
- Manage all the changes efficiently and communicate the design modification effectively
- Compile project specifications
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
- Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
- Cooperate and liaise with other professionals
- Follow architectural trends and advancements
- Understanding of steel buildings/PEB buildings/Industrial projects will be preferred and will have added advantage
Required Candidate profile
- 4-5 years of experience as an Architect with ability to handle project independently
- Strong Design portfolio
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Revit, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create 360 degree
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Minimum Bachelor of Architecture from reputed institute
