Position Overview:
The Business Advisor is a vital role that combines legal expertise and exceptional communication skills. This professional handles client inquiries provides guidance on various legal matters, and plays a crucial role in lead management and business development, ensuring client satisfaction and company growth. The ability to navigate various legal acts, laws, and licenses is essential, along with a proactive attitude and a positive approach to client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Knowledge of Legal and Regulatory Framework including Company Law, GST Laws, and Tax Registrations. Proficiency in Intellectual Property Law is a plus.
Effective Communication and Drafting: Exhibit strong communication skills in English and Hindi with an ability to draft emails and messages effectively. Being multi-lingual is icing on
the cake.
Respond to client queries promptly and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided, effectively serving as the first point of contact for inquiries.
Product and Process Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, processes, and systems, and be ready to highlight areas for improvement.
Client Assistance: Be capable of efficiently assisting clients over the phone or via email, providing expert advice on various legal acts, laws, and licenses.
CRM Management: Handle the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a daily basis to track and manage client interactions and leads.
Client Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire client generation process, manage leads, and maintain a broad vision of the business's development.
Business Development: Proactively identify opportunities for new business, particularly in the areas of Company Law, Intellectual Property Law, and other relevant fields.
Positive Attitude and Sales Skills: Maintain a positive attitude, possess effective sales skills, and serve as a valuable business advisor to clients, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Face-to-Face Client Interaction: When necessary and within the boundaries of Ahmedabad, conduct face-to-face meetings and interactions with clients.
Display a strong willingness to learn, take initiative beyond routine responsibilities, and stay updated on changes in legal requirements.
Maintain and adhere to compliance guidelines, ensuring that all processes and interactions align with legal requirements.
Qualifications & skills:
Educational Background: Only candidates with a degree in Company Secretary (CS) or LL.B (Bachelor
of Law) will be considered.
