Experience: 1 year experience
Recruitment of Sales, Operations, Hiring experience is preferable. Candidate with past experience in core recruitment profile shall apply.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Sourcing ,screening and short listing from the job profile from various online platform for mid level profiles.
· Receiving and reviewing applications.
· Conducting Telephonic round of interviews
· Assists the recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes and sends appropriate correspondence to all applicants in a timely manner.
· Collecting all documents and releasing offers.
Required Candidate profile
· Good communication skill
· Basic spoken English is mandatory
· Recruitment (Sourcing, screening from Job portal)
· Handle Employee Relations.
