Job Description:

 

The position is based at our Project Office at Gota, Ahmedabad.

 

The person will be responsible for all Post Sales activities & will report to AGM – Sales & Marketing.

 

Looking for candidates with good communication skills and hands on experience into Real Estate CRM with 2-3 years plus experience in local market. The incumbent will be enthusiastic, friendly and courteous while dealing with clients over phone and face-to-face. Must have sound knowledge of execution of all post sales activities (Booking, AFS, Bank Drafts, Allotment Letter, Sale Deed) and good amount of Real Estate Sales exposure.

 

 

Following is a brief description of the role:

 

  • Support peer teams for effective deal closure, ensuring required documents (legal agreements, billing, credit etc.) are in place and monitoring collections for designated accounts.
  • Coordinate with various departments (Sales & Marketing, Accounts, etc.) to ensure exceptional customer service. 
  • Prepare various NOCs, letters required for possession process.
  • Generate Demand letters.
  • Create a hassle free and seamless experience for the customer with regards to on boarding, registration, payments follow-up etc. and also to deliver prompt and accurate service to the customer.
  • Deal with all queries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail within specified TAT
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely and effective manner
  • Prepare & Execute Allotment letter, Agreement, Possession letter, Sale Deed Parking letter.
  • Send payment receipts & reminders to customers via email / courier
    • Maintain thorough adherence to ERP and lead tracking mechanisms as required
    • Ensure highest standards of compliance to company's policies, processes and value structure

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidate should be Graduate / Post Graduate with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in CRM (Post Sales) function for reputed Real Estate developer.
  • Should be thorough with all pertinent documentation and calculations required.
  • Responsible for the entire End-to-End CRM Cycle of the project
  • Responsible for all documentation, support and feedback information post sales from booking till the possession of property.
  • Well versed with MS Office and have handled ERP before.
