Job Description:

The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for the company who owns end to end brand awareness, demand generation and lead generation for business verticals serving enterprise customers.

A high visibility role within the organization which shall enable the incumbent to drive large scale operations by implementing innovative technology solutions.

Role Responsibilities

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • To drive Lead Generation Campaigns for business verticals - Google Ads, Email, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
  • Develop Sales Collateral development for enterprise marketing - decks, brochures, cases studies, blogs, authored articles, press releases, website content.
  • Ownership of marketing for multiple portfolio solutions
  • Drive monthly content and campaign calendar and review process.
  • Manage budget and report on ROI.
  • Own enterprise website performance metrics and maintenance and development projects Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
  • Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.

Work Experience:

  •  4-8 years of relevant experience B2B Marketing.

Knowledge/ Skills :

  • Great Project and Program Management skills
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing sector, supply chain, procurement
  • High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch. Should be able to work in an unstructured environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Stakeholders: New & existing clients, Agencies, Google & other equivalent

Education :

MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institute.
