Analyst - FinOps

Job Description:

We are looking for an AM / DM - FinOps for the company . An Analyst will work closely with the Operation team, Collection team, Product and engineering teams to understand the requirements, gather data and provide necessary information in required formats to relevant stakeholders as and when required. He / she will also have to deal with lenders, payment partners and other relevant third parties as and when required.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing Reconciliation and payment reports at a pre-defined frequency
• Ensure timely transfer of required data between the company  and its lenders
• Prepare and upload presentation files for all applicable customers
• Coordinate with Lenders to ensure timely Receipt of NOCs, refunds, etc.
• Coordinate with Engineering team for data requirements
• Where necessary, carry out additional research based on the requirements.

Skills Required:

• Ability to understand how payments and Reconciliation works
• Strong knowledge in MS Office.
• Advanced Knowledge of MS Excel. Knowledge of coding and Macro preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Should be able to understand the processes and be able to monitor parameters critical to the process
• Basic knowledge in SQL (preferred but not must)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, business management, or economics
• At least 3 years of experience in Payments, Presentations (Auto debit) and Recon is must
