Job Description: 

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Front End Developer to play a crucial role in our dynamic team.  

The ideal candidate will be adept in creating templated websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, emphasising SEO optimisation and page speed. This role involves juggling multiple projects, leading and mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the high-quality output of our web development projects. 

Key Responsibilities:  

Web Development: 

• Work with the Marketing and Design teams, to develop responsive websites with a focus on lead generation outcomes.  
• Develop responsive, user-friendly and highly converting forms and websites. 
• Utilise a strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, SAAS and JavaScript.  
• Familiarity with Angular, NodeJS or other frameworks and libraries for rapid development and optimised sites. 
• Confident setting up servers, changing DNS and managing hosted Cloud platforms such as Azure Logic Apps, Static Web apps or equivalent on other platforms. 
• Managing Cookie banners, Google Tag Manager and CRO tools such as Mouseflow. 
• Familiarity with common web-hacking techniques (e.g., SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF, malware, phishing, etc.) 
• Strong understanding of Git and experience working in a collaborative environment using Git version control. 
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and consuming web services.

Rapid Project Turnover:  

• Efficiently manage the high turnover of web pages, adapting to frequent iterations while maintaining quality and meeting tight deadlines. 
• Able to adapt and augment site designs, and the development process, to facilitate speedy delivery and optimal functionality. 

Team Leadership and Training: 

• Act as a mentor and leader for junior front end developers, providing training, support, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Based in Gujarat able to attend the Indian office daily. 
• Work as closely to UK hours 9am to 5pm (Indian time 2:30 PM – 10:30PM) 
• Or at least be flexible enough to work some days this way. 
• Experience with a blogging and/or CMS platform—not WordPress. 
• Experience building and testing email newsletters. 
• Experience working on lead generation websites or marketing campaigns. 
• Experience with UI/UX design principles.
