Assistant Manager - Customer Success (Udaipur/ Ahmedabad)
Job Description:
Role Responsibilities -
Driving positive customer experience right from acquisition to service. This includes strategic and tactical guidance, usage tracking, consultancy and training, fulfillment and invoicing support, upselling activities, etc. and ensure upward growth in Customer NPS
ORM (Online Reputation Management) of the brand by deep social media engagement
Producing regular status, and quarterly activity reports to company's leadership
Maximize appropriate use of technology to improve customer experience while improving efficiency
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure Customer Service is included in strategy, plans and discussions, for both current product/platform and new product developments
