Job Description:
The Operational /PR Manager’s Duties and Responsibilities:
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning.
- Organize, direct, control and coordinate medical and health services in relation to policies set by the organization.
- Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.
- Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
- Managing supplier relationships
- Managing operational and administrative functionsto ensure specific events are delivered efficiently
- Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to staff
- Train staff for their grooming and customer service
- Look after the whole hospital for maintaining the best hospitality
- Assisting in marketing plans and budgets
- Coordination with the colleagues in each phase
- Support in making long term and short term strategies for the Hospital’s growth
- Assisting in all medical Tourism activities (Domestic as well as International Patient’s data management, Dr’s tele medicine co ordination and counseling as well)
- Lead & support Medical camp, Event, Seminars, CME’S, In house and outside co ordination with Team and Dr’s too.
- You are available on CUG phone if in case of any emergency or as and when required by the organization.
- Actively involving in all enquiries and facilitate and co ordinate to reception staff as well as our Dr’s with appropriate decision.
- Do counseling (Psychological/Mental/Physical/ Financial) and assisting with all Dr’s in relation to any pre & post OT Procedures, Patients, Front Desk Management, Insurance, etc.( Skin/Plastic/Cosmetic/Gasto/Obesity/Bariatric/General Surgery Patient’s)
- Supervise daily administrative operations.
- Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives.
- Communicating, maintaining and developing clients and vendors relationships.
- Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures.
- Delivering events on time, within budget parameters, and that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
- Maintain organized medical and employee records.
- Monitor administrative staff’s performance.
- Train new employees as and when require.
- Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to staff.
- Answer queries from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff.
- Resolve potential issues with patients.
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations.
- Manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.
- Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
- Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
- Serves as key member of the leadership team with a primary focus on planning and implementation of policies and system.
- To protect patients, managers ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the healthcare facility.
- Replace failing and outdated equipment and maintain adequate amounts of healthcare supplies.
- Executes marketing, sales, and operational activities, producing results that meet or exceed the Hospital’s business plan.
- Implements and maintains effective open door communication system that crosses departmental lines in order to reach all employees.
- Deals with the general public, patients, employees, union and government officials, Upper management official of private sector with tact and courtesy.
- Conducting meeting with subordinates and provide inputs if any.
- Maintaining decorum of the overall organization culture and motivating new employee for the same.
- Act as a smart leader and follow the reporting hierarchy with daily task sheet.
- Maintaining effective communication with all the employees irrespective of any designation as well as try to built internal decorum effective at such level that there will be no communication gap between any employees.
- Executing all the given tasks by the management
(Note: The operational manager should perform all the above mentioned duties for Midas Touch Cosmetic Center as well as its sister concern.)
