Visit sellers with defined beat plan |
| Ensure opportunity conversion (except pricing) with daily availability updates | |
| Assist category on base pricing along with credit opportunities conversions with seller discussions | |
| Provide local market inputs with pricing polls, supply challenges (incoming rakes, brand stock outs etc.) | |
| Measure & adhere each delivery's TAT, provide OTIF | |
| Quote to pending enquiries with follow ups with category, if needed | |
| Monitor and update on live enquiries | |

Strategic
|
Plan Seller led schemes to liquidate inventory along with periodic reviews |
| Plan seller wise monthly target (WTD, MTD) | |
| Improve seller performance by seller score involvement & building excitement | |
| Identification and BD for new categories for local market | |
| Tech adoption | Drive seller portal adoption |
Qualifications:
- Experience in working in ECOM B2B space a plus (OFB, Zetwerk, Moglix, Infra.market would be preferred)
- Sound commercial understanding
- Ability to pick & close conversations with regional dealers/ sellers
- Local language understanding a must
