About the Company :  The Client is a tech holding company, starts, acquires, and advises B2B SaaS Companies.  The  team of over 150 members are spread across India, U.S, and the Ukraine.

About the Product : The Product  is the flexible HR system based on Microsoft SharePoint tech-stack. It’s customer base includes enterprises such as Lufthansa, Warner Bros, and Lockheed Martin. The  target customer base are mid-size companies that work within the Microsoft ecosystem and are looking to leverage a SharePoint based HRIS Solution.

About the Role : The company is  looking to rebuild from the ground up using a modern day Opensource Tech stack that servers as a Unified Back-End for both SharePoint and Non-SharePoint Users. This career defining role will give you a ton of exposure on building new product at a large scale. It will require deep understanding of the business, strong technical architectural planning, hands on coding . As they scale and build the organization, they  would like to add an individual to their core Technical Leadership who can scale the  key product and projects and help to build and foster relationships with Enterprise clients.

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join the team. You will be working on revamping and building the product that is currently built in SharePoint 2013. The aim is to  build the new Version of this product that will have unified Back-end, that is capable enough to server both SharePoint Online users and Non-SharePoint Online users. The product is currently served to Customers in SaaS and On-Premise solutions across the globe. As an experienced software engineer you should be able to demonstrate leadership skills and be able to drive implementation of new features and improve our product offering. We are looking for an experienced Technology Leader to join our fast-growing organization to help us with driving Technical Strategy, Approach, and overseeing the Implementation for internal and external products. You should be someone who loves Engineering, have amazing debugging skills and slay problems with technology.

In this role, you will undertake Technical / Solution Architecture and should also be able to help team with Engineering and coding wherever required. That includes working along with the team, writing code, doing R&D or POCs, ensuring we follow modern industry standards and building beautiful high performance application.

Job Requirements :

? Hands-on Communication and Documentation skills for documenting requirements, user scenarios and Solutions

? MCPD certification is must have

? Subject Matter Expertise in SharePoint 13, and JavaScript Technologies (NodeJS, AngularJS, ReactJS)

? Expertise in development Multi-Tenant SaaS Database Architecture using PostgreSQL (PLSQL)

? Experience working with a remote product engineering team

? Deep experienced and comfort in development, coding and over-seeing execution of the technology roadmap

? Proficiency in Enterprise Integration strategies and Proficient in BPM Tools

? Hands-on understanding of Cloud Native Application, Hybrid Cloud, Government Cloud concepts and services offered by Amazon and Azure

? Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with a large number of cross functional teams in customer environments and distributed team Long-term thinking of strategies to migrate or build a new app.

Must Have

? The right person will be highly technical and analytical, possess 10+ years of current solution architecture (implementation) experience

? Experience re-architecting and migrating SharePoint Software to latest technologies such as Open Source

? Experience working within the Enterprise software market or Internet industries is highly desired.

? Enterprise application and database architecture

? Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
