Job Description:

Job Brief:

  • Identify business development and sales opportunities through field meetings and networking 
  • Own and deliver business targets for the assigned geography
  • Delivery of key business metrics of Acquisition, GMV and Retention 
  • Pipeline management to ensure predictable revenue and reduce leakages
  • Stakeholder management for timely order delivery without errors

An Ideal candidate:

  • 2-5 years of field sales experience in steel industry
  • At least 1-year experience selling to MSMEs
  • High bias for action and solution oriented
  • B. Tech/MBA preferred
