- Handling Policies & Procedures for the company
- Recruitments
- Employee Onboarding, Retention
- PF / ESIC and other statutory compliances
- Strategic HR Consulting
Required Candidate profile
- Excellent Knowledge of PF / ESIC & Other statutory compliances
- Very good with Excel
- Must be Techno Savy
Candidate would be responsible for entire generalist activity starting from Onboarding till FnF.
