? Interviewing for new profiles and search candidates for vacant profiles
? Complete joining Formalities with Documentation
? Handle Campus Recruitment
? People Engagement Programs
? Maintaining physical & digital personnel records like employment contracts
? Create & distribute guidelines about company policies
? Handling Employee Database
? Gather payroll data like bank accounts & working days
? Other HR & Admin related work
Requirements & Skills:
? Proficiency in English
? Good verbal & communication skills
? Well-versed with MS Office
? Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
? Good at follow-up & Coordination
? Handling LinkedIn account
