Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE : Increase present market share from 3% to 10% in two years. Focusing on Govt Department namely CPWD, PWD, Contractors, Dealer, Builders Segment & Industrial Segment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
Primary Responsibility (Critical to the function – Must be done )
Achievement of Sales Target & Collection |
Increasing the customer base
Appointment of New Dealers in the territory |
Regular update on competitor activity |

Secondary Responsibility(Other areas of responsibilities like follow ups, being backup for team members, other activities
Potential mapping & extraction plan |
Working closely with identified accounts & create preference for our brand |
Conducting activities like Inhouse Seminar, Product Presentation in the territory at regular interval |

ACCOUNTIBILITY & AUTHORITY
Responsible for Primary & Secondary in the Territory |
Responsible for Collection of Dues |
Network Expansion by appointing new dealers based on potential analysis |

Educational Qualifications and Experience
Graduate |
