Job Description:

 

A leading provider of BFSI and Fintech solutions in India is looking for a sales hunter who is driven by aggressive prospecting and growth. The role will focus on driving Company's revenue through solution selling across the BFSI value chain. The individual will work directly with the Global leadership team and will be accountable to strategize and execute the sales growth plan for India.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Communicate the value proposition of companies in the FinTech ecosystem.

• Drive sales of the company’s products and services specifically in the BFSI sector.

• Seek out and close new opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and achieve company sales targets.

• Uncover opportunities through active prospecting and networking.

• Develop relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers

• Lead RFI/RFP responses from both a proposal and sales presentation standpoint.

• Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts.

• Act as a consultant to clients. Devise solutions as per client requirements. Coordinate internal and external communication to execute these requirements into actual action items.

• Build a professional network by representing Company at forums and seminars.

Qualifications and Skills

• Hands-on experience in sales of FinTech products and services.

• Experience in selling next-generation mobile applications and digital banking solutions.

• In-depth understanding of products and services in the Banking and financial services sector.

• Demonstrated track record in software product and/or software services sales.

• Individual contributor with the ability to work independently and manage the sales cycle.

• Be a "High Energy", results-oriented achiever and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment

• Understanding of common tools and practices in the IT industry

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, as well as outstanding presentation skills

• Ability to work with a diverse team of individuals.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 6-8 years in BFSI/Fintech sales

Education: BE/B.Tech + MBA ( Marketing ) from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute
