Test Engineer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the functional testing of front-end and back-end business modules, quality assurance for products and projects, and responsible for functional, interface, performance, and automation testing
• Analyze testing requirements based on product requirements and development plans, develop test plans, design test schemes and test cases, write test reports and related documents, ensuring business and system quality and progress
• Write test scripts according to requirements and delivery requests, set up automated test environments, execute tests, and track bugs
• Promote and improve testing capabilities across all platforms, enhance testing efficiency
• Responsible for test tool selection and related testing technology research based on testing requirements
• Proactively conduct risk assessments from multiple angles such as architecture, implementation, resources, and collaboration, continuously optimizing and preventing risks
• Perform white-box testing, compatibility testing, fault tolerance testing, and operation testing on internet products

Requirements:

• Major in computer-related fields, bachelor's degree or above preferred
• 5 years or more of software testing development experience, 2 years of automation and performance testing experience is a plus
• Proficient in Python and Java, experience in building automated testing platforms is preferred
• Familiar with UI automation testing frameworks such as Selenium and Appium
• Proficient in performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner
• Familiar with common testing tools like Fiddler, Postman, etc.
• Skilled in daily Linux operations and common SQL operations
• Expert in software testing theories, methods, and processes, with the ability to continuously learn, provide, and summarize
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit, with a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to quickly diagnose and solve problems, as well as excellent technical research skills and self-learning abilities
