We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing to join our team as we expand our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads. ·

 Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote our pre-leased commercial properties and services
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and others
• Monitor social media platforms to stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate them into our marketing strategy
• Manage social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics
• Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website
• Collaborate with other teams, including sales and business development, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
• Use analytics tools to track and report on social media metrics and use the data to continuously improve our marketing efforts
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and changes in algorithms to ensure our marketing strategy is effective

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in real estate or property consulting
• Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and others
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies
• Creative mindset and ability to develop engaging content
