Job Description:

 

  • Day to day responsibilities :

     

    1.  Manage, direct and monitor internal support activities and the overall performance of the team to increase efficiency and maximize performance and profit
    2. effective liaison, support and assistance with the whole of the organization
    3. maintain and improve mechanisms for internal support, including surveying and measuring the process, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities
    4. utilise agreed systems to manage internal support functions, analysis and documenting
    5. direct the development of plans for internal support to include management to achieve targets
    6. developing plans for internal support progress
    7. support to all other departments with any internal support related issues
    8. subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met
    9. reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis or as otherwise required
    10. assist in developing plans for team and organisational internal support activities to include strategy to achieve agreed targets
    11. delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review
    12. manage and maintain contact with internal and external “client/customers”
    13.  set an example for team members of commitment, internal support process and activities, work ethics and habits and personal character
    14. maintain accurate records
    15. responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls
    16. adhere to all organisation policies and procedures
    17. interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation and its suppliers and customer

  • Excel Knowledge

Fresher:- Salary Scale 20000

Experience:-Salary Scale 23000-25000 Depends on the interview.
