Job Description:
Coordinate with Newly generated leads that include working professionals & give them an understanding of the company & offering
Making calls to patients or their family members to schedule appointments, remind them of upcoming appointments, and follow up on their health status.
Answering calls from patients, addressing their concerns, and directing them to the appropriate healthcare professional or department.
Providing information on healthcare services, including details of medical procedures, insurance coverage, and treatment options.
Maintaining accurate records of all patient interactions and ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
Adhering to healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
