Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our supply chain in the solar energy sector. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth procurement, tracking, and distribution of solar & battery-related products. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and assisting with other supply chain tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage purchase & sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and supplier information.
• Track and monitor deliveries and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
• Communicate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Assist in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory replenishment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Help coordinate returns, exchanges, warranty and damage claims.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, compliance checks, and documentation (e.g., certifications)
Candidate Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a supply chain, procurement, or logistics role—experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with solar components (modules, inverters, racking, batteries) is preferred.
• Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., Unleashed) and Microsoft.

• Knowledge of inventory control, purchasing procedures, and shipping/logistics processes.
• Both a team player and work autonomously
