Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions related to warehouse operations, including purchases, sales, expenses, and inventory movements.
- Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and analyze financial data to assess the warehouse's financial health and performance.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Provide financial insights, reports, and recommendations to support warehouse management in making informed business decisions.
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate warehouse performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improving profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
