Operations Engineer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day operations and overlooking of HealthTech products
• Vendor Communication, Vendor management, and coordination for the production of electromechanical devices as well as for R&D purchase
• Finding new vendors and communicating with them for bulk orders, pricing negotiations, etc.
• Production planning and timeline generation along with the latest pricing check
• Ensuring timely delivery of Products according to the delivery timeline
• Provide meaningful training, guidance, and nurturing to the supervisory staff
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems in the assembly line and production processes
• Inventory monitoring on a daily basis to plan weekly production based on the requirement
• Vendor Finance Management along with bookkeeping
• Interact with Engineering, Marketing, and Management for ensuring quality and
• product performance requirements are met as per the requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in basic hardware designing and testing
• Bachelor in Electronics or equivalent
• Experience handling independent execution with minimal guidance.
• Prior experience in technical/commercial purchasing/shipping
