We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Service Engineer to provide technical support and service for solar systems installed at residential and commercial sites in Ahmedabad. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to solar energy systems. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and optimal performance of our solar installations.

 
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to service requests from residential and commercial customers regarding solar system issues.

Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify the root causes of system malfunctions or underperformance.

Perform repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities on solar panels, inverters, batteries, wiring, and other system components.

Coordinate with the installation team to rectify any installation-related issues that may impact system performance.

Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer queries and provide technical guidance as needed.

Maintain accurate records of service activities, including detailed reports on system inspections, repairs, and replacements.

Stay updated with industry trends, product advancements, and best practices to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Adhere to safety guidelines and practices while working on solar energy systems.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient service, resolving issues effectively, and delivering exceptional customer support.

 
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.

Previous experience in servicing and troubleshooting solar energy systems is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of solar energy principles, including PV modules, inverters, batteries, and electrical systems.

Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to solar energy systems.

Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and software used in the solar energy industry.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
Effective communication skills to interact with customers and provide clear explanations of technical concepts.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Valid driver's license, 2 wheeler and willingness to travel to customer sites in Ahmedabad
