Job Description:

Purpose of the job:

We are looking for a high performing Business Analyst to own the data analytics on the platform. The candidate should have a strong orientation in digital, metric driven and analytical approach along with acumen to quickly acquire technical knowledge about the products. The candidate will be responsible for generating actionable insights from the data and share his/her recommendations to solve key business problems. The candidate will be working closely with multiple internal teams including sales, category and operations teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating actionable insights from data available on the platform.
  • Responsible for coming up with recommendations to solve key business problems.
  • Creating automated reports and event based trigger notifications.
  • Coordinating with multiple internal teams to gather data and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Engineer from premier institute. 
  • 5+ years of industry experience 
  • Strong analytical skills and data orientation, attention to detail 
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to work with and navigate multiple stakeholders for closures
  • Self-starter and driven individual
