Project Lead / Executive
Job Description:
The candidate for this position will excel at Vendor management, Quality supervision in site execution. By using a consultative approach to execution, this person will use their expertise to identify and bridge the gaps between upper management, the design team, the purchase, and the End client.
Responsibilities:
-Carrying out site audits to identify the scope of work
- Supervise the work execution on site
-Coordination with Vendors and client handling
-Vendor measurements and Preparation of Invoices for Clients
-Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
Qualifications:
- Any graduate with good communication skills
- Fresher / Experience upto 2 years in interior fit-out / Flooring related work
- Experience in site execution will be an added advantage
